Can someone answer these questions?
1. Pages 1, 2, and 3 have the same information, but Getman doesnt want visitors to be able to see/visit Pages 2 or 3. How can we make sure these are 301 redirected to Page 1?
2. Pages 4 and 5 have the same information, but due to the navigation, Getman would like to keep both pages, but make sure that search engines know that Page 4 is primary for search engine purposes.
3. Page 7 doesnt have any published blog posts yet, but rather than delete the page, Getman would like to simply remove it from any search engines index.
4. Pages 1 and 8 contain the same content, but Getman wants them to each appear only for searchers in their respective countries.
5. Getman.ca recently added SSL to its Canadian website, but unfortunately they now have http and https versions of each page, which they dont want. They would like to redirect all of the http pages to their https equivalents at the same time.
