Can someone design the motor drives for DC motor in Matlab Simulink for the following specification except for design close-loop

Students shall develop a variable speed DC drive for a small-scale car model application. The system must consist of the following devices; DC motor + DC motor drive + Controller. For validation purposes, the students must demonstrate (in video presentation) to test the functionality of the system. Each group must develop their drive system in any software according to the following specification: 1. Input DC with 10V or less. 2. DC Motor with a related technical datasheet. 3.
