Can someone help?

Having a hard time building one.

Using App Inventor 2. I need the designer and blocks with procedure :

Write a complete CRUD application for a Grocery List. Start with a blank list and allow a user to add, insert, replace, and remove items.

After each change to list, redisplay the new list. Be sure that each item is displayed with its associated index. Use Horizontal Arrangements to lay out your screen effectively.
