Can someone help me answer this questio as soon as possible?

The ABC Company is baking and selling fresh breads every day. The ABC Companys offices are located in three different cities; St. Cloud, Duluth, and Minneapolis. St. Cloud offices have two departments (Marketing department and IS department). Duluth offices have three departments (Marketing department, Accounting department, and Logistics department). Minneapolis offices have two departments (Sales department and Manufacturing department). Also, the ABC Company has 12 stores in different cities in Minnesota. Sales department manages 12 stores. The structure of the company is as follows;

XYZ - 260

ST.cloud (109), marketing(75), IS(34)

Duluth(97), HR(43),accounting(25),logistics(29)

Minneapolis(54), banking(24),sales(18),12stores(12)

* The number beside the departments or locations indicates the number of computers. For example, 260 computers are all computers in the ABC Company, including St. Cloud, Duluth, and Minneapolis. Also, the number beside each location is total computers in each department. For example, 109 computers in St. Cloud = 75 (Marketing) + 34 (IS). ** Each department has only one printer. Thus, St. Cloud Offices have two printers, while Minneapolis Offices have 14 printers (12 store printers + Sales + Baking). The ABC Company does not have a specific headquarter. All offices are working very closely despite of distance. Currently, the ABC Company does not have any company wide internal network (Intranet). Computers in each location are just connected together, which create a peer-to-peer LAN (WorkGroup), respectively. They do not have any file server to control the LAN. In order to communicate among different locations, they use phone or facsimile. Each location has internet connection through local ISP (Internet Service Provider). For example, St. Cloud Offices use Charter Communication, while Minneapolis offices use Comcast. Duluth offices use Century-Link. Computers in each location are connected with Ethernet cables. However, some salesmen feel wireless connection is necessary.

Every early morning, employees in each store use BI (Business Intelligence) systems to decide how many breads to bake and what kinds of breads for the day. Each store has the BI systems in a PC. The BI system uses a data distributed by the CD from IS department in St. Cloud Offices. The data is updated monthly. The Baking department provides information for total amount of flour, sugar, and other ingredients. The Baking department collects the information weekly over facsimile from each store. When each store faxes the information, it also includes other information such as sales, employees, and customer information. The collected information is saved in a PC in St. Cloud office. Updating data takes generally 5 business days because it has to be done manually. During January 2017, President Kathy Smith is initiated in having a network throughout the entire company. She would like to be linked each location to the network. This will enable them to communicate and share business information easily. She has asked John Gates (IS department director) to have investigate possibility of Intranet. She also set aside $100,000 as a budget for networking related initial costs. She will determine the budget for monthly cost later. Meanwhile, John Gates already got Class B IP address for The ABC Company, which is 180.145.0.0/16. He sets up the companys guidelines to create networks as follows;

1) The ABC Company will have two more locations in the future. (Total 5 locations)

2) Each location does not have more than 4 departments in the future.

3) Each department must be a subnet of each location.

4) Each store has its own Internet connection using local ISP which is separate from the company network.

5) The ABC Company will not use routers. 6) Currently, the ABC Company does not have any server. But, John Gates plans to have three file servers and assigns IP addresses and subnet masks as follows;

IP address Server in St. Cloud 180.145.0.1 Server in Duluth 180.145.100.1 Server in Minneapolis 180.145.200.1

Question 1 : What is the subnet mask for IS Department in St. Cloud? Explain why. Provide using /xx format like /16.

Q2) What is the valid (assignable) IP address range that is NOT used in Duluth? Include the server IP address. Explain why. (Assume that the network administrator assigns IP address in numeric order) ?
