Question 2 In February 2020, Ramlan entered into a hire purchase agreement with Jaguh Finance for a car for a period of 5 years. In September 2020, Ramlap suffered financial difficulties could not pay the instalments. Two weeks ago, Ramlan received a notice of intention repossess. Ten days later, the agents of Jaguh Finance towed the car from Ramlan's hou while he was asleep. They left a notice in his letter box stating that the car has be repossessed due to his failure to pay the instalments and the car will be auctioned off. Raml was upset over the incident. He wants to know the procedure for repossession according the Hire Purchase Act 1967. Advise Ramlan
