2) Five (5) years cashflow (you could get the cash flow statement from companys income or balance sheet statement. If it is an imaginary company in that case, you need to generate cashflow statement (I will show you how do you generate that statement through ZOOM meeting if you need my assistance).

3) Use Project Analysis tools and other measurements (like Scenario and/or sensitivity analysis) to evaluate which project is better.

4) Because this class is designed for the accounting students I do not mind if some one-use accounting rations to compare projects in addition project analysis tools.
