Can someone please help me or possibly give me an example on how to write a function of the formto plot and graph.

In my post I need too:

• Make a table containing at least four ordered pairs (x, y) that are on the curve
• Graph the radical function
• Include the table you created
• Include the image of your graph (refer to the calculator directions above)
• Describe the general behavior of the graph
• Determine and include the range and domain of the radical function
