1. Case Formulation - the main aim is to identify how and why the individual has offended, including a combination of personal and situational factors acting in a particular sequence of causal relationship.

2. Current Issues - the main aim is to identify how the outcome of the decision (parole, bail or sentencing) could potentially negatively impact on your offender, and how you propose to manage these issues.

3. Implications for Intervention and Risk Management - the objective here is to recognise the challenges and issues for the offender. This section should provide an overview of why and how the identified issues (risks and needs) need to be addressed by using empirical evidence.

4. Recommendations - the goal is to recommend how specific risks and needs will be addressed (this section is based on your arguments from your previous section). This will also include your recommendation about the program the offender should attend in a NSW custody setting. You should select AT LEAST 1 program from the Offender Services & Programs document and provide justification for why the program(s) would be appropriate for your offender.
