Can someone please identify the business rules in this database design:

There are many types of loans that a beneficiary can avail of. The Association needs to keep track of the loan ID (identifier), loan name, and maximum amount that the beneficiary can avail of for a particular type of loan. The beneficiary can avail of a smaller amount, which is less than the maximum. The loan types (and their maximum amounts) that the beneficiary can avail of are the following: tuition fee (10,000.00), school supplies (2,000.00), and medical expenses (10,000.00). To ensure that the beneficiary can pay his/her loan, they are allowed to make a loan only if he/she had already fully paid the current loan.

For basis:

The company is organized into departments. Each department has the following attributes: DeptNo, DeptName. A particular employee manages each department. The company keeps track of the StartDate when that employee began managing the department, EndDate the date the employee stops managing the department and the reason why the employee is no longer managing the department. A department has several locations. It controls a number of projects, each of which has a ProjectNo, ProjectName, and a single ProjectLocation.

Business rules:

1. One employee manages one department. 2. One department is managed by one employee. 3. One department can be in one or more locations. 4. One location can have one or more departments. 5. One department controls one or more projects. 6. One project is controlled by one department.
