Can someone who is experienced in python, please do the following (anything general nothing in particular)?

Create a coding program: :

1) Has a custom function that is called numerous times, where at least once by inputs that you must hard-code into the program and once with some user-submitted inputs (meaning asking a question and then having the user answer)

2) Plots, with the graph partially customized.
