Can someone with Android studio can help me develop a mobile app page (make sure code is in Java) so that only an administrator can upload pictures to a test app and saves them to a database. Basically need an app code that allows only administrators to upload pictures to the app.

Please send all the code as I need to test run it on my Android Studio as well to make sure it works.
