It is a good idea to praise the hardworking team with the surprise bonuses, gift card, holiday tickets to keep them stay motivated to the work. Perform this in front of the group it will make the intended recipient feels good and encourage the rest of the team. "Be consistent in your rewards so you're not going to be seen as favourites playing.' Show that you value their contributions and participation in the team.
