For this report we have been ask by the Chief Executive Officer of Clark Casc Logistic plc, as one of the manager's to construct a brief report or summary for review before the next budget meeting. Clark Casc Logistic plc has experienced some issues with over spending for the past 2 years. For this assignment we will be reviewing the best budgeting approach methods available. Then support will be constructed on substantiating this claim for choosing to use this budget. This will be done by using various calculations for validation. Next a prosed budget will be explored; the purpose of finding an ideal budget for Clark Casc Logistics would be to capitalize on cost saving measures that can be implemented. This would be nothing without strategies taking the forefront, so strategic measures will also be presented. A conclusion will then be finalized based on what findings were most conducive on improving cost savings. Recommendations will also be given on strategies and policies that should be taken for Clark Casc Logistics to remain lean in its day to day operations.
