Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah (PPD) Mukah is one of the administrative hierarchies under Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Sarawak that handles school administration in the Mukah district. Pusat Kegiatan Guru (PKG) Mukah is a department under Bahagian Teknologi Pendidikan Negeri which is located near PPD Mukah that provides support and training services of educational technology in teaching and learning for the teachers. Pejabat Pendidikan Daerah (PPD) Mukah and Pusat Kegiatan Guru (PKG) Mukah are organizations located near each other in Mukah. These organizations share rooms which are usually used for events such as courses, meetings or briefings that may be held by the staff or schools with other organizations. The room must be reserved before use. The current system for the booking process is done manually by filling in the book records for PPD and by filling in the form for PKG. However, the current booking process is prone to damage, misplacement, and clash of bookings. Besides, no existing user feedback based on the system has been made to be a platform for users to report any non-functioning facilities in the room. Therefore, a web-based system is proposed to provide a better room booking process and feedback regarding the room facilities which the staff and teachers can access. The system can display the status of the rooms whether the rooms are available or not. The reservation data that has been made will be recorded in the database. The system will also provide user feedback where users can give feedback or report if there is any problem with the facilities in the room. Therefore, this will improve the facilities of the rooms
