The Scenario:

She was diagnosed with Clinical depression. She feels like she needed to seek out professional help because it causes her too much depression and anxiety.

She was doubtful and mostly aware of what will be the negative reaction of people if she will seek for that professional help and she realize how much courage she must put herself with.

Based on her answer, not until she was diagnosed with Clinical depression she will never realize that everyone's feeling is valid and that mental health disorder is not a joke. She stated how she handled and overcome her depression journey with a positive mindset to ease her being diagnosed.
