Can you give me an idea related to sports?

I would need to write a $2-4$ pages report describing the idea of your project. The report should include a detailed description of the project including but not limited to: what the project will do and what kind of information you will be storing in the database. I should also list different pages your project will have and a description of each page and its relationship with other pages $($for example, the register.php takes the user to confirm.php$).$

I should also describe how you think the design of the pages will look like, and if there is a certain theme you would like to follow. For example, think of a restaurant website where there is a lot of images, but not much text versus a site like Wikipedia with lots of text with minimal pictures.

My website has to support the following:

$1.$ Sign$-$up and Sign$-$in

$2.$ Different user levels $($admin with administrative privileges vs$.$ regular user with limited privileges$)$

$3.$ Data to be stored in a database
