This to me is an interesting topic in the perspective of relating one of the four performance metrics to my life as a student. Performance metrics in general are vital and must be properly assessed in order to evaluate specific measures. In order to improve effective performance these measures must be monitored to support with making important decisions to achieve effective results. Once critical metric I will be discussing is efficiency. This consists of completing a task in a quick manner. In my life this is very important especially with juggling family time, work, and school. Being efficient in getting my priorities and responsibilities in life is a must in order to be equally balanced. An example, on why I must be efficient in my life as a student is scheduling proper time for my studies. It can get tough to d o this with a full time job and having to take my son to archery practice 3x's a week about 30 minutes away from my home. Therefore, just like I master schedule workload and analyze the resources needed to satisfy the demand on a daily basis at my job. I have to master schedule my tasks and responsibilities in my life, this includes family time, eating, school, work, and exercise to name a few. In order to d o all this effectively I must be efficient and strategic at times now that I think about it. Doing all these efficiently is overall vital to ensure I balance all of these tasks out in order achieve excellent results as a student.
