Can you help me solve this?

I work for Dunkin Donuts when I started somedays I would nibble or have a bite to eat from Dunkin food. After working there so long its just not a food interest anymore. So I asked 7 co-workers how many times last week did they eat Dunkin the results were 3,5,6,1,0,0,6. I'm going to test my hypothesis at a .25 significance level.

Sample size=7

Sample Mean=3

Standard Deviation=3.91
