The Situation

Company X promotes new managers on the basis whereby whenever a new opportunity to establish a new branch come up, it is the top sales representatives from one location is promoted and given the opportunity to start up and head that location. This said top sales representative is given the duties of management of that office as well as the responsibility of recruiting new sales agents and admin clerk. These start up often times fail and having to close due to poor performance and poor management. The company continues to suffer great financial loss and need advise.
