This article talks about the mirror neuron system in monkeys and humans. Then they discussed that common characteristics that we share with monkeys as an animal. Rizzolatti & Craighero, 2004 explained the shared relationship and the language too. It also talks about empathy and when you don't demonstrate the emotion tied to empathy it suggests the lack of the superior parietal in the cortex of the brain. This study was very interesting since it explained how language and MNS are linked together. It also talked about when someone witnesses an action it activates neurons to come alive.
