Can you please comment on what I did well and what I could have done differently in the following response I wrote? Here is the question I had to respond to:Review Marbury v. Madison. Why did the case offer hard and difficult choices to Justice Marshall? What ramifications did the case have on the American judiciary and why is it still considered important today? And here is my response:The Case Marbury v.Madison was a landmark Supreme Court Case that helped establish the principle of Judicial Review, to which is the power of "the federal courts to declare legislative and executive acts unconstitutional"(Library of Congress,2024). This case took place within the same timeline of former President Thomas Jefferson's election of becoming president while also there being animosity and such rivalries between the republican party and the federalist. With this into account it brought on a difficult challenge on Justice Marshall in regards to deciding on if the Supreme Court to contend the amount of power that they have to the laws that were to be set in place in relation to how it could conflict with President Jefferson's administration, and their plans. This case had brought an impact to the American Judiciary and how it had impacts American today in the sense of implementing judicial review.
