Can you please comment on what I did well and what I could have done differently in the following response I wrote? Here is the question I had to respond to: Compare and contrast management skills needed by a manager at two different levels of an agency. Give examples of the various skills needed at each level of management. And here is my response: A manager needs three categories of management skills: technical, human, and conceptual. Technical skills consist of knowledge, practicum, understanding, and methods developed along the path. In order to guarantee that obligations and assignments are carried out proficiently and accurately, a well-rounded leader will ensure they are technically proficient at catching those responsibilities and assignments through to fulfillment. Although the distinctive technical skills may differ by corporate level, they are a general prerequisite at each level. As professionals move up in the organization, their reputation modifies or diminishes. An excellent example of technical skills would be developing managerial abilities, such as data analysis and project management. Data analysis is imperative because managers must analyze data to make educated decisions. Data analysis includes comprehending and analyzing financial statements, sales data, performance metrics, and other appropriate information. Project management is also imperative because operating projects involves designing, organizing, and supervising tasks to achieve specific goals within a specified timeline and funding. Managers must have project management skills to keep tasks on track and deliver results. Human skills mandate managers to have many interpersonal skills to successfully guide their employees and assemble favorable connections with peers, administrators, and stakeholders. They are also inclusive of a toleration of equivocation and compassionate awareness. These skills are essential for adequate management but hold additional weight at each managerial level. For example, first-line supervisors prioritize specialized and human skills and less on conceptual skills. Human skills are essential in the workplace because they are crucial for constructing prosperous affinities, groups, and organizations.

The organization's managers and employees must understand how to communicate in different situations and with various people to comprehend, make a case, or advance in their careers. To be successful, a professional needs to evolve emotional intelligence and self-awareness. Meanwhile, middle and top management prioritize conceptual skills and find technical skills less required. Conceptual skills permit managers to operate with a systemic perspective of their department to complete specified duties and objectives.
