Can you please help me doing team presentation which is related to the criminal justice system course and the topic is women in policing. Iwill provide you with all the information so firstly Presenting External Sources via PowerPoint Slides Students will prepare and deliver a 30-minute in-class team presentation in which the first 20-minutes are dedicated to presenting external sources. To prepare, students must locate and agree on three external sources to engage with during their presentation. Note, external sources must come from outside the course (i.e.: they cannot be weekly readings or any sources shared by the Professor). Sources must include one news media article (using the Canadian Newsstream database), one peer-reviewed article (using the Library Summon Search and filters), and one governmental or non-profit report. Each source must substantially engage with issues, questions, cases, and/or debates regarding your team's assigned subtopic. Each source must be clearly presented one at a time using slide headings to indicate which source type is being discussed (e.g.: "Source 1: Peer-Reviewed Article"). During the presentation, students must present their sources using their own words. That is, students cannot read aloud copied and pasted sections from their chosen sources during their presentation. Student scripts (i.e.: what each student will say/communicate during the presentation) must be included within the note section of the Power Point slides with appropriate in-text APA-style citations. During the first 20-minutes of the presentation, team members must use PowerPoint slides to: Provide an overview and introduction of external sources (summarize each source and explain their main arguments); Identify and explain common themes and major differences between external sources and weekly readings (without summarizing the weekly readings); and Briefly explain why they chose their external sources (why are these ideal sources to teach the class about the weekly subtopic?); So my external source is government an non - profit report. AND HERE IS THE FORMAT . Here's a step-by-step guide to help you structure your part of the presentation:

1. **Slide 1: Title Slide** - Title: Government/Non-Profit Report on Women in Policing - Your name and team members' names - Date of presentation

2. **Slide 2: Introduction to the Source** - Title: Introduction - Briefly introduce the government or non-profit report you have chosen. - Mention the title of the report, the organization that published it, and the publication date.

3. **Slide 3: Summary of the Report** - Title: Summary of the Report - Summarize the main arguments and findings of the report in your own words. - Highlight key statistics or data points that are relevant to women in policing. Can you please find the report and make slides according to the information above mentioned
