Materials . 1 sheet of 8X11 1/2" white paper . Meter stick and/or ruler . Colored pencils Instructions . Using a regular pencil create two graph templates by drawing an x and y axis and numbering each. Draw one template on one side and one template on the other side of sheet of paper. . Make one graph a distance graph and one a time graph. . Next using your regular pencil sketch two transverse waves. . Next using the meter stick or ruler measure your wave characteristics and clearly label in colored pencil on the graph. . The distance graph should include labels and values for amplitude (A) and wavelength Qu and labels for crest and trough. . The time graph should include labels and values for frequency (f) and period (T). . Finished poster should be in colored pencil
