Can you please help me with this question:

On July 1, Gomer, Floyd, and Otis agree to rob the Bank of Mayberry. The next day, July 2, unknown to Otis, Gomer steals some guns from Barney's house to use in the robbery (Floyd knows about the theft of guns). On July 3, Otis tells Floyd and Gomer he wants nothing to do with robbing the bank, and moves to Siler City. On July 4, Opie agrees to help Gomer and Floyd rob the bank. On the morning of July 5, Floyd decides not help rob the bank, and just stays at home. Opie and Gomer rob the bank and during the robbery, Asa the bank guard is shot and killed by Opie. As they are leaving the bank, Gomer set a fire and burns the bank to the ground (no one is injured).

Discuss the criminal liability for each party for the crimes committed.
