Can you please let me know how to complete the table with below information?
Chromatographic conditions
Column HP-55% phenyl methylsiloxane; capillary 30.0m320m0.25m nominal. Oven temperature 40 oC hold 1
min; Ramp 20oCmin to 120oC hold for 1min. Injection volume 1.0L; injector and detector temperatures 250oC.
Method
3.3 Procedure
Transfer the given anti-bacterial gel (note down name, batch number etc, , Gilson) into a volumetric flask
(100cm3) and make up to volume with deionised water. Deliver by means of Gilson pipettes, n-propanol (0.300cm3)
and 0.200,0.500 and 1.00cm3 respectively of absolute ethanol into three volumetric flasks (10.0cm3). Dilute each to
volume with deionised water and shake to mix thoroughly. Into another clean volumetric flask (10.0cm3) deliver n-
propanol (0.300cm3). Make up this flask to volume with diluted anti- bacterial solution that you have made. Fill 1mL
of each solution into GC vials. Label all four appropriately. Inject 1.0L aliquots and record the chromatogram of each
solution.
