You then log on to the Bulloch County Tax Assessors website at www.qpublic netbulloch to obtain the information that you need to fill out the Exclusive Seller Listing Agreement. The next day, you meet with Ms. Contos at her home. After a brief tour of the house, you show her some of the comparable homes that are currently on the market. You suggest that in order to be competitive, she should list her home for $154,000. She agrees and decides to run the listing for one year beginning today. If the house doesn't sell with in that year and the listing expires, you will have a protected period of 30 days in which to still bring Ms. Contos an offer You will assist Ms. Contos to extent that she requests as you are the seller's agent on this listing.
