Can you program this in C please?

Write a program that opens an input file, reverses each of the word and writes to an output file. A word is a string (less than 20 characters) that ends with anything other than 0-9, a-z, and A-Z. For example:

Input file: I always eat 10 chicken nuggets that cost $$5. Yummy!

Output file: I syawla tae 01 nekcihc steggun taht tsoc 5$$. ymmuY!

Input and output file names will be provided in the command line.
