MEMO

This memo is being provided to discuss our companies strategic KPIs for TBL in sales and marketing. Through lots of research and careful planning I have come up with the following strategic questions:

1.Strategic Questions

People - does our company have ways to reduce turnover?

Planet - do our products contribute to an eco-friendly and waste free environment?

Profit - can we reach more people globally with our products through social media?

A.The questions will be used in relations to the internal and external factors of the SWOT analysis

B.CSR Goal - to deliver economic, social, and environmental benefits.

2.KPIs indicators developed using Smart Goals.

Does our company have ways to reduce turnover? - reduce turnover

a.career advancement

b.flexibility

c.recognize and reward employees

Do our products contribute to an eco-friendly and waste free environment? - waste free environment.

a.health of customers and communities

b.protecting our brand or product through organic materials

Can we reach more people globally with our products through social media? - reaching more people globally through social media

a.faster customer relationships

b.brand exposure

c.customer engagement

3.Measuring KPIs

The KPI, does our company have ways to reduce turnover can be measured by overall retention rate, if we more employees that have remained with our company, we are making progress.

The KPI, do our products contribute to an eco-friendly and waste free environment can be measure by the environmental impacts of testing products.

The KPIs, reaching more people globally through social media can be measured by tracking the follower count and the likes on products. We can also trac our shares and sales revenue.

4.Functional considerations related to TBL

The functional considerations to TBL will include, all shareholders, employees, managers, products, infrastructure, and polices and procedures. All of these factors must flow and operate together to create a people friendly, planet friendly and profitable company that we are looking for over the next three years.

Sales and Marketing go together. You cannot have one without the other. Sales and marketing will both provide the data that we need to see our effectiveness. We will know that we have what it takes to have a successful business.

Hopefully, through this memo you were able to see the strategic focus on KBIs for TBL in sales and marketing.
