The building is situated on land that the company purchased for $250,000.00 Class 8 Property All of the company's equipment, furniture, and fxtures are in class 8. The combined capital cost of all class 8 property is $230,000. The January 1, 2023, UCC balance of class 8 is $178,645. Canco carries on a retail sports clothing business in the front half of the building, which is situated on a busy major street. Over the last two years, sales from the store have drastically decreased while online sales of its products have increased signifcantly.
