In healthcare, capacity refers to the level of services, i.e. the ability to produce or provide a certain volume of services

Limitations

Limitations on capacity in healthcare generally involve either space and equipment availability or staffing availability or a combination

Figuring out capacity is often a visual problem and will not have a "correct" answer, just some good options
