1. Captain America wanted to sell his new model of Porsche car to Ironman and he posted his offer of the car worth $80,000. Ironman upon receiving the offer asked whether the price can be lowered to $70,000 as he wanted to strike a good deal to which Captain America said no. Ironman then accepted his offer and posted his letter of acceptance on 21st May 2019. Captain America received the letter of acceptance on 23rd May 2019 and he immediately telephoned Ironman saying that he no longer wanted to sell the car to him and instead he has already made a contract with Thanos regarding the sale of the Porsche car. Advise whether there has been a binding contract in reference to case law.
