He always makes a pass at her and touches her inappropriately. CARDI BEE is uncomfortable and is forced to endure his actions since he has made it clear that in order for her to be promoted he has to give the ok" CARDI Bee makes a complaint to the BOARD OF DIRECTORS of GIFTFORALL MALL who promise to do a thorough investigation. The following day after CARDI BEE made her complaint to the BOARD she is served with a letter of dismissal citing that her services is no longer required due to poor performance. CARDI BEE'S performance was never called into question prior to her making the complaint. As far as CARDI BEE is aware Rex Kelly is still employed at GIFTFORALL MALL and is a very close friend of the owner. What ethical, legal implications arise in this situation?
