Using academic resources, and providing research to support your answers, develop a patient education brochure explaining how public health is working to prevent this disease and promote health.

Your brochure should include accurate information, pictures, and additional resources for patients. Address the following in your brochure:

1. Describe the disease.

2. Describe the epidemiology data related to this disease.

3. Describe a public health intervention to prevent this disease. Has this strategy been successful? Why or why not?

4. Apply public health related strategies to promote health.
