Starting your own business can be a lot of work, and many new challenges arise.An entrepreneur must first be a leader and highly self motivated.In this activity, you will perform online research and explore the characteristics of an entrepreneur.Next, you will interview an entrepreneur and write a short summary about it.

Part A

Part B

Interview an entrepreneur in the nutrition and wellness field in your own town.Prepare a list of questions and make an appointment for an interview.If possible, you could also job shadow for a day.

After you conduct the interview, write a short report on what you learned.
