Carina is the Executive Director of a registered charity that supports animal welfare. 90% of the staff are volunteers. The majority of volunteers truly enjoy their work with the charity and they have so many wonderful things to say about the staff. However, a few of them have recently become very negative and unreliable. These volunteers are starting to negatively impact the enjoyment of the volunteers who work with them and Carina has become concerned. She asks for your advice on how to handle this.
