Carly is the manager at a bar in a fashionable area of town. Two of the patrons at table seven have had a little too much to drink but they are regular customers who spend a lot of money at the bar. Allie, the server, tells Carly that she tried to refuse service but one of the patrons is insisting on another round of drinks. Carly tells Allie to serve the last round and then make sure the patrons leave in a cab. The patrons are sent home in cabs but when exiting the cab one patron trips and hits his head on the pavement. He is taken to the hospital with fairly serious damage to his head and face. Who can be held responsible
