Carole starts a new business on Memorial Drive named Big Girl Cafe, devoted to the theme of women over 5'10-" in height who serve delicious food and drink in the fun atmosphere of the cafe. Carole only hires women who are substantially taller than the average woman as waitresses. One day a young red-haired, 5'4" man by the name of Billy Thin enters to apply for a job as a waiter.
