After returning from the trip, the group performed the skit at the firm for the benefit of those who could not attend the trip. Carolina did not participate in any of these activities. Upon her return to work, her relationship with Becky, her supervisor, deteriorated sharply, and she was eventually fired. Although she was an employee-at-will, she sued for wrongful discharge.
