While there is a broad range of types of leadership approaches and leadership characteristics, there is no escaping the influence of a leader's personality. And among the leadership personality attributes receiving lots of current attention in the popular and business press today is narcissism.

It's easy to use the word narcissism, but do we really get the meaning? It's a multifaceted aspect of an individual's personality that consists of both positive and negative elements.
