Case 1.2: The Hokies Lunch Group

This Case Study follows three friends as they meet three separate times to have lunch. At each luncheon the discuss the status of their assigned projects. Each luncheon will indicate what phase each of their projects is in. Your assignment is to identify the status for each project discussed during each of the three luncheons. After reading and analyzing the case study, respond to the following questions:

For each luncheon, what phase of the project life cycle is each project in? Explain.
NOTE: Based on the discussion at the three different luncheons, you are to determine what phase each person's project is in (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, or Closing). You need to explain your selection for full credit.
