1. How would you describe the team dynamics of the IntensCare product development team? Do the team members have a shared mindset in what their common goal/direction is?

2. Do you feel that the team is being supported appropriately? Do you agree with Art Beaumont's hands-off approach, and is he making any assumptions?

3. What do you believe are the core issues the team must overcome to successfully launch the IntensCare product, and how would you recommend they increase their team effectiveness?
