Today Maria one of the best specialists in accounting transmitted to the Deputy Director of the Financial Area her resentment for the treatment she had received from Carmen one of the most experienced workers within the Department (with 60 years of age), when she complained about the accounting management she had given to an asset, her reaction according to Maria was rude and derogatory , Carmen arguing her years of dedication to this work and that it was unacceptable that Maria as a newly graduated accounting professional, could make this kind of observation.

Maria goes on to explain that in this situation and for reacting in some way to Carmen's offense, he had engaged in a serious argument with her, causing the discussion to take on more serious nuances.

The Deputy Financial Director of the Area recognizes that it is not the first time that problems of this nature have happened with Carmen, her bad character, the little care she puts into fulfilling her work, her inability to adapt to working as a team and to resolve conflicts in the best way and even her own personal frustrations that generate that singular rejection of the professionals newly incorporated into the organization , have been the causes of his controversial behaviour. For this reason, it has considered the possibility of adopting some of the following decisions:

1.-Provoke a meeting with all the workers of the sub-directorate where each one has the opportunity to state the problems he has had with Carmen, in order to apply an exemplary disciplinary sanction with all these arguments.

2.-Without calling any meeting with the workers, apply exemplary disciplinary sanctions, giving her the opportunity to rectify her behavior.

3.-Replace her from the position she holds or the functions in which she currently performs.

4.-Provoke a frank and open dialogue with the worker where it is a question of unraveling the true causes that condition her attitude, proposing alternatives of action and ways to do things better for the organization.
