2.-Without calling any meeting with the workers, apply exemplary disciplinary sanctions, giving her the opportunity to rectify her behavior.
3.-Replace her from the position she holds or the functions in which she currently performs.
4.-Provoke a frank and open dialogue with the worker where it is a question of unraveling the true causes that condition her attitude, proposing alternatives of action and ways to do things better for the organization.
