Find a corporation that has led for insolvency proceedings in the last 10 years .Write and email me a short blurb as to what caused their insolvency issues, what they chose to do (bankruptcy, proposal, CCAA), what the result is (liquidation, restructuring, trying to keep in business). Is the company still operating? How much debt did they eliminate?. Be sure to indicate any team members you worked with and CC them. . Include a consideration of stakeholders: employees, customers, suppliers, the public, government, and how the insolvency would impact those stakeholders who was affected, how were they affected (lost jobs, were not repaid, etc) .1 will add 1 mark to your 1st quiz mark for successfully completing this task.
