Shoreside Realty: Julia Moreno owns Shoreside Realty, a real estate company in Scarborough, Maine,

that specializes in selling and renting homes in local beach communities. As part of her marketing, she

attends local events, such as the farmer's market, weekly summer concerts, and Chamber of Commerce

events, and shows photos of houses near beaches for sale or rent. She created a presentation with slides

containing the addresses and brief descriptions of several newly listed properties. She asks you to finish

the presentation by adding formatting to the title slide background, and by adding animations to high$-$

light the fact that two of the properties can fit a large number of people. Then she wants you to make the

presentation self$-$running and save it as other file types. Complete the following steps:

Open the file NP$\_$PPT$\_4-5.$pptx$,$ located in the PowerPoint $4>$ Case$1$ folder included with your

Data Files, add your name as the subtitle on the title slide, and then save it as NP$\_$PPT$\_4\_$Realty

in the location where you are saving your files.

Apply the Style $6$ Background style to all of the slides in the presentation.

On Slide $1($the title slide$),$ fill the background with the picture Support$\_$PPT$\_4\_$Waves.jpg$,$

located in the PowerPoint $4>$ Case$1$ folder.

On Slide $2("$Available Properties"$),$ change each address to a link to the corresponding slide.

Change the color of the links to Ice Blue, Background $2,$ Darker $75\%.$

On Slide $3("18$ Oceanside Road"$),$ insert the Rectangle: Rounded Corners shape and resize it so

it is $0\mathrm{.}7$ inches high and $2\mathrm{.}5$ inches wide. Type Click here to find out how to contact us$!$ in the

shape, and then apply the Gradient Fill $-$ Brown, Accent $6,$ No Outline shape style in the Presets

section. Position the shape so it is centered below the text boxes in the darker area on the left

side of the slide and so the top edge aligns with the bottom edge of the picture of the cottage$.$

On Slide $3,$ format the shape you drew as a link to Slide $8("$Schedule an Appointment Today"$).$

Copy this shape link and paste it on Slides $4,5,6,$ and $7.$

Display Slide $3("18$ Oceanside Road"$),$ and then display the guides. Drag the horizontal guide

up to $2\mathrm{.}58$ inches above the middle, and then drag the vertical guide to $1\mathrm{.}75$ inches to the right.

On Slide $3,$ insert a Rectangle shape. Resize it so it is $0\mathrm{.}7$ inches high and $2\mathrm{.}4$ inches wide. Fill

the shape with the Light Blue color in the Standard Colors section, remove the shape outline,

and then insert the text Sleeps $10!$ in the shape. Position the shape so it is centered on top of

the intersection of the horizontal and vertical guides. Apply the Wipe entrance animation to the

shape, and then change its direction effect to From Left.

On Slide $3,$ insert the Double Wave shape in the Stars and Banners section of the Shapes menu.

Resize the shape so it is $0\mathrm{.}3$ inches high and $2\mathrm{.}5$ inches wide. Duplicate the shape, and then
