CASE PROBLEM Technology Upgrade Project Background Trebor Systems in Syracuse, New York, is a small, private business with 20 employees. They are engaged in website design and upgrades for various companies in need of such services. They have a client base of approximately 130 customers, mostly small businesses in the local community. Some of their clients are as far away as California, but most are local. The company was started in 2013 by an iSchool grad on a shoe-string budget. With such growth over the past 7 years, the owner has decided it's time for a technology overhaul. The company employee roles are currently at: 15 Web Developers 3 Administrative/Sales 2 Managers All will be getting hardware upgrades.
