CASE PROFILE: The following User Profiles have been identified through an environmental scan of the travel industry. Each of the user stories relate to the current backdrop of tourism as travel restrictions all over the world are easing up and impacting the demand and supply patterns. Read through each of the stories and build your pitch around these: USER STORY 1: I want to travel solo and engage in leisure activities that fall under eco-travel. I am looking for activities that will ensure my safety but will also enrich my travel experience. USER STORY 2: As a tourist, I do not want to be insulated from the places I visit inside a cultural bubble. Despite the restrictions, I want to engage with and participate in the local culture. USER STORY 3: I am a local and the travel restrictions have hindered me from engaging in travel outside of my region. I am looking to rediscover my own region and fall in love with tourist spots that I have never visited as a local. 1. Problem (30 points) : Identify the problem/s in the User Stories. You may use an empathy map for this or answer simply in outline form. Use infographics where necessary during your presentation. 2. Solution (30 points) : Identify all possible solutions you can think of to address the problem. Summarize and focus on a priority area. 3. Technology behind the solution (40 points) : Is there a technology that can be designed to provide the solution your have in mind? What is it and how will it deliver the solution
