Read the following case and respond by writing a MEMO as outlined below. Be sure to utilize the principles of Routine Messages as shown in your online textbook and studied in class.

Each year major companies take part in the annual International Trade Show across the world to show their products with the hope they will be able to attract new clients. This year the International Trade Show will be held in Vancouver October, 2022. Karl Sutherland, the Exhibit Manager is planning ahead for the show which will run for a week he feels very confident about the show and the number of vendors that have already applied for exhibit space. He requires the approval from the VP of Marketing Trevor Macmillan and has decided to send Trevor a memo regarding the towels they can purchase for a lot less to give away as gifts to the visitors that visit their booth. In his message to Trevor he states the following breakdown of the towels and what they will cost based on location of the items and the quality: He has discovered designer towels will cost $18 each, he feels he will be able to get the same cotton towels for $7 each from China. He states "the visitors will only use them to shower with at the gym". Since the company gives away 5,000 shirts at our largest show, we could save big bucks by dumping the designer towels. We have to act quickly. I have enclosed a cheap one for you to see. Let me know what you think"
