Neelofa ordered 10 watches form a popular watch manufacturer, Jam Sukaramai Sdn. Bhd. The contract of sale has been done through sample. The watches seemed as same as the sample when Neelofa received them. However, after a thorough inspection. Neelofa found out that there were few damages that cannot be seen with a normal inspection. Neelofa wanted to return the watches to Jam Sukaramai and cancel their contract.
