On the inside, you are struggling. You hold yourself to an extremely high standard. You find yourself fixating on small details of your day, often staying awake until the early hours of the morning. You have very little appetite and feel jittery and nervous all of the time. You worry that your friends will begin to see how unwell you really are. Your teacher notices that your grades are slipping, and sends you to see the mental health case manager who works in your school.
